Windows 10 My windows game bar, my microsoft store and a couple other apps are in French.

So when I got my laptop it was gifted from France and some of the apps were already in French. When I got my PC and signed in it used the same windows from my laptop my apps were once again in french. I am unsure how to fix this and it isn't very fun. I live in Canada and my region and language is set to English. Please help I can't understand some things, especially the Microsoft store and it is very frustrating.Thank you
