Windows 10 My windows Is Corrupted and I cannot launch ISO.

So the previous forum/question i posted is about the cmd or powershell adminstrator not able to work, well someone replied to use the media creation tool thing. Now I downloaded it and usually the allow or disallow popup thing appears, but when i double click on the media creation tool file, my screen turned dark and suddenly it didnt pop out. an error message pop out which saysC:\Users\User.(my computer name)\Downloads\MediaCreationTool22H2.exe The specified path does not exist.check the path and then try again^^this thing also pop out if I try to use cmd or powershell as adminstrator.Is ther
