Windows 11 My windows is just not working anymore after days of black screens. Can someone help?

So, my computer was often getting black screens where I had to restart constantly and go through the automatic repair service. It would sometimes turn on normally, but not often.Then it started working normally for awhile. Then i added a new sdd and it started giving me a black screen again. I eventually managed to get back only to find out my sound is now gone, updates are not working, and chrome is also not working. Also, all of my computer icons are 3 squares connected like a tetris piece. I'm going out of my mind here.
