Windows 11 My windows Recovery enviroment does not work no matter what i do

Hi there i have been trying to reset my pc for the longest time when i try to reset it i get an error "could not find recovery enviroment" i have tried everything for example reagentc /enable does not work it gives me a "REAGENTC.EXE: Unable to update Boot Configuration Data.". The winre file is in my recovery folder along with reagent.xml i have tried using iso to fix the issue but again that does not work here is what i get in reagentc /info Windows RE status: Disabled Windows RE location: Boot Configuration Data (BCD) identifier: 48cd8dd6-6a81-11ec-9a35-309c23624f26 Reco
