Yesterday, I downloaded a game that required turning off all options of windows defender and installing a 'disable windows defender'. After I did all this, and eventually played the game which turned out to be trash. I uninstalled it but found that I can't turn windows defender back on. Windows defender prompted me to restart the system to install an update. I restarted the system, but the problem with windows defender persisted. I panicked and tried system restore which took a long time to complete. now, windows defender says, that "IT Administrator is limited to some areas of the app, and th
