Windows 11 My windows won't update how to fix it?

firstly my windows was acting weird, some apps like microsoft and discord didn't work well I checked if I need windows updates but it said to try again, after fixing the problem now windows update still won't update, is it beacouse I use mobile internet? if no how to fix it?
