Windows 11 My wireless headset (Razer Kaira Pro for XBox) has terrible audio quality when using mic on computer.

Basically title. I've tried almost everything, I'm on windows 11, and heard about a hands free telephony mode that needs to be disabled, but whenever I do that it disables my entire headset. Is it possible to make my headset clear while still using mic?
