Windows 11 My work computer doesn't show me "Taskbar Settings" under the Personalization menu in Settings.

My work computer doesn't show me "Taskbar Settings" under the Personalization menu in Settings. If I try to "search" for taskbar setting, the prompt appears, when i select it, nothing happens, it just stays in the same window. If i navigate to personalization menu, i can only see "Dynamic Lighting" and "Text Input", nothing else appears
