Windows 10 My Xbox game bar keeps turning off all of my sound and turning it back on.

I've tried to reset my Xbox game bar, I have tried to terminate and it delete it. I went through all the settings on Xbox game bar. But I had no luck trying to fix this problem. is it just me or has someone had or have this problem too. I have also looked through and tried tips people have given me.
