Windows 11 My xbox games on my pc download at extremely slow speeds and I don't know why

I have been trying to download sea of thieves and it has been a pain. For reference, it was downloading at a range between 400Kb and 730Kb. On downloads from other apps, I get around 10-15Mbs. I left my computer running while I went to school, only to find it was at 21% when I came back. That was the only time I did it because I didn't want to use too much power. Yesterday it got past 50%, but something happened and now it reset back to 0%. Please let me know what I should try. This happens for the microsoft store too.
