Hello i am using windows 7 ultimate service pack 1 with latest updates. I have noticed in all my browsers mainly chrome it constantly hangs for a few seconds at random times when clicking links, loading page, videos on youtube as if theres some sort of javascript issue. i've tried everything from disabling extensions, running in incognito and cant figure out what it is. issue started few months ago. noticed this error in event viewer and feel like its got something to do with it. anyone know how to fix this i dont have no techsmith software. Also i play pc games and dont get any hangs so it happens just in browsers.
