Eu sou um programador, e comprei recentemente o Dell G7 com Windows Home, até o momento não era usado o Windows para programar apenas para lazer, mas resolvi experimentar e experimentar o que é o Windows Pro e o Windows Enterprise, então compre uma vez chave do Windows Pro, clique em Configurações -> Atualização e Segurança -> Ativação -> Alterar chave do produto (Chave do produto) e inserir minha chave e concordar com a atualização da Edição clicando em Iniciar e receber a seguinte mensagem:
Não é possível atualizar sua edição.
Algo interrompeu nossa solução de problemas. Verifique se você está conectado à Internet, aguarde alguns minutos e tente novamente. (0x80070057)
Já tentei alguns comandos como o recomendado nesse link windows 10 home to pro upgrade pelo JimWynne mas não resolveu meu problema. Tente verificar se há novas atualizações, mas também não há nenhuma. No momento simplesmente não sei oque fazer alguém tem alguma idéia que pode ajudar?
