Hello. I have been trying to get help with a matter and it has been frustrating trying to use your chat agent function as well as my cases for help being closed right after opening them. I had some assistance from you guys on the day that I was hacked and now it seems like for some reason I am being dodged. I do not understand how can I get some help?
