Windows 10 Need Help In Installing a Software --'Do you want this app to make changes to your device?'

Hello everyone! I use Windows 10. I'm trying to install some new software (AutoCAD). I downloaded the installation/setup file directly from their website. I try to run(open) the file to begin installation, the window appears, where I get asked the following: “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?” I click yes. It scrolls for about 3 seconds and then it does nothing. No installation of the AutoCAD software. What could possibly be wrong? How can i go about this issue? Help, i have a test on AutoCAD coming up soon. Thank you in advance for replying Best regards
