I downloaded a file... (ill admit it) a minecraft mod, shortly after opening "%appdata%", clicking on minecraft, mods, and adding the newly downloaded file to my mods folder, while loading up minecraft my pc forcefully restarted. When it got to the black screen with the dell logo on it, the screen displayed the following:

It has been stuck this way for about half an hour (by stuck i mean nothing... not even the percentages of Phase 2 will change.
I need help, Please.
