Windows 11 Need Help Resolving 'Access Denied' Error on External Hard Drive

I am reaching out for assistance with resolving an 'Access Denied' error that I'm experiencing on my external hard drive. I have tried a couple of troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists, and I'm seeking further guidance.Firstly, I attempted to resolve the problem by running the Error Checking tool, but unfortunately, it did not provide a solution. Then, I decided to reboot into Safe mode on my Windows 11 system. Surprisingly, I was able to access my files without any difficulties while in Safe mode. However, the problem resurfaced when I tried to fix the 'Access Denied' issue and reboot
