Windows 11 need help with bios issue.

I just enabled secure boot in the bios and since then my pc hasnt displayed. I’ve tried everything that ive seen on the internet and nothing seems to work. ive reset cmos with the cmos battery, ive shorted my cmos pins, etc. if you have any advice it would so very appreciated.
