Windows 11 Need help with getting rid of my work/school email account

I have disconnected my work/school account and have my own personal Microsoft 365 account. Every time I try to use Word, I get the same box that comes up to sign in using my work email that I no longer have access to. I try my email linked to Microsoft 365 and it says it doesn't recognize it. Please help!Ne
