Windows 11 Need help with laptop keyboard. random keys are failing and then working

To be specific, my laptop's (windows 11) keyboard (apart of my laptop) has its left control, caps lock, S, and 0 key randomly stop working then after multiple clicks start working again. My left control key does not work at all, no matter what i try. I've already tried restarting my laptop multiple times, uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard in device manager, and cleaning the keyboard to the best of my abilities. this has only started recently in the last few days, but i haven't had any major accidents or updates for my laptop. Is there anything else I can do on my end before bringing i
