Dear MS, I have spent very long hours trying to contact you regarding the purchase of Win 10 yesterday, July 20th. I’m finding NO help at all. Today, I called the help number listed on my confirmation receipt that I printed after the purchase but only rec’d an automated msg that “support has moved to online...” There is NO support for my situation online, I cannot find an email to contact you guys.
