Windows 10 Need to deploy windows update to PCs connected on LAN that do not have internet access

HiI have a few Windows 10 PCs that do not have internet access. I need to ensure that these PCs have the latest Windows 10 updates and the latest Defender definitions. What are my options to achieve this? I can connect an additional Windows 10 PC to the internet, this PC would have internet access and can download the definitions and updates. All PCs are connected to each other on a private LAN. This LAN doesn't have any internet access. The additional Windows 10 PC will have multiple ethernet ports and will be part of multiple LANs, and the internet will coming through one of these LANs.
