Windows 10 Need to recover my account that was hacked. Is there a real person I can talk to.

Hacker changed my security questions and emails. I have screen shots of the account being mine. It is still tied to my phone number. When I try to recover the account I don't give enough information since the hacker has changed a lot of it.It's pretty annoying that I have no access to the few games I purchased on microsoft store. The only notifications I got were if this wasn't you don't worry. Apparently I should worry because now my account is gone. Been gone for some time now. And I still can't recover it
