Hello,I recently upgraded my PC's Motherboard, CPU and RAM and encountered an issue when I turn my PC's power supply off. Every time my PC loses power I cannot boot and instead the CPU and DRAM flash one after the other. This issue is fixed with a CMOS reset but is still frustrating and concerning regardless. I have had a handful of other software issues with specific programs after this upgrade but I believe these to be contained to those software. Diagnostics tests and performance reports have not shown there to be any issues with the PC. This issue doesn't occur whenever I just shut down o
