Hello, there are a few apps on my pc that wont run saying "This application requires on of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v4.0.30319". I have used repair tool even trying to download the 4.81 version of .NET. I have no clue on what else I'm supposed to do. I tried inserting a Screen Shot but it wont upload. it is just 2 app so far with this issue Discord and The oculus app. It wont Update discord or the oculus app so I'm assuming its something with the windows update. I tried troubleshooting it and it shows that there was no issues. I also done SFC /SCANNOW in CMD and shows all
