Windows 11 Netflix, Disney+ glitch/issue

Hi, I've noticed a glitch on my ASUS VivoBook recently. When I'm watching something on Netflix or Disney+ (haven't noticed this on Youtube or when I'm using my computer normally), there's a white border and a white horizontal line in the top part of the screen that appear for maybe half a second, every five minutes or so (I haven't timed it). Avast says my computer is safe and it is updated to the most recent software. Any clue what it is or how to fix it?
