Windows 10 Network connecting issues

So recently all the apps on my laptop are unable to connect to the internet even if I have a stable connection. The only things that work are the search engines like google or Microsoft edge but apps like Microsoft Teams, OneNote and even ones that aren't from Microsoft keep saying that I'm not connected to the internet. I've tried to fix it however nothing seems to be working. I've tried a few Run commands that other people have used but to no avail. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
