Windows 11 Network credential problems

Hello. I have noticed this problem when a new computer was installed in our office. When i try to acces the computer via network the "insert network credentials" window pops up. The problem is that it already gives a "wrong credentials" message and i can't enter new ones anywhere. Only option is "cancel".
