Windows 10 Network & Internet closes in settings every time i try to open it

My internet isn’t working and every time i try to open Network & Internet in settings, settings just closes. Before this trouble shooter said that Diagnostic Policy service wasn’t running but i’ve got that fixed and i still can’t open or connect to the internet.
