Windows 11 Network (internet) issue with some apps, but not others

I recently reinstalled Windows 11 pro. For a few weeks after this, I had no issues (or none that I noticed). But I've started to see a few strange things with internet access.I have a small app that downloads development packages when updates are available, but it can no longer connect to the internet.Facebook messenger app can send and receive messages, but can't send or receive (display) images, and I get an error - "No Internet Connection"Microsoft Outlook can send and receive emails, but even after I click the option at the top of the email to "download images" or "Add sender to safe sende
