Windows 11 New blue arrows on desktop - on TOP of all other visible content!!

How do I get rid of the persistent blue arrows on my desktop?? I have Norton, and I already turned off the setting mentioned. None of my folders have the blue arrows, so I have nothing to NOT compress. HELP!!Windows 11 Homeversion 23H2
