Windows 11 New Dell Inspirion 15 with 10th gen core i5 running on win 10 doesn't support 100hz refresh rate.

I have a monitor which supports 100hz, when I plug in my 10 year old windows 10 laptop which has 4th gen core i3 with intel 4400 graphics supports 100hz refresh rate in advanced display settings. But when I plug in my New Dell Inspirion 15 with 10th gen core i5, the refresh rate can't go beyond 60hz. Why is that?
