problems:
1.weeks old windows 10 laptop will not detect printer (yes its compatible with win10 and yes everything is on and blinking blue etc....) worked fine on old computer win10 no problems at all
2. cant load printer software SiSetup.exe i get the admin warning, even though i am the damn admin.
"an administrator has blocked you from running this app." red and white window.
under Bluetooth and other devices i see the printer. i go into printer set up and i see it there also but cant click to make it my default all i can do is remove it. clicking it does nothing at all.
i've spent all day looking and trying all the different ways to get this simple printer to work to no avail. even HP smart software doesnt detect the printer. i tried the extractible instructions, but the "temp" folder doesnt have any folder that starts with 7z as everyone says it will be there it aint on my %temp% folder?
