Windows 11 New Gaming PC freezing caused by changing the BIOS settings the wrong way (except XMP)

Is there any solution that will resolve my PC from freezing since August 13? Reason why my PC still freezes today is that I incorrectly change on one of the BIOS settings, and the root caused of this freezing is that I disabled Intel SpeedStep (except) on August 13.
