Windows 10 new install on windows now won’t connect to wifi

Hey y’all i just build this pc for my friend and freshly installed windows on to this ssd and everything went smoothly but it won’t show my wifi and will show my neighbors wifi’s but all at 2 bars. what’s the fix?
