Windows 11 New Laptop doesn't connect to WiFi networks but connects to mobile hotspot

New out of the box 64 bit Lenovo V14 Gen 4 Laptop with Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2. New Laptop doesn't connect to Wi-Fi networks but connects to mobile hotspot. Tried all these things:1) Ran the windows troubleshooter2) Updated drivers3) Installed upgrades 4) Disabled and enabled the WiFi adapter5) Uninstalled the Realtek 8822CE Wireless Lan 802.11ac PCI-E NIC wi-fi adapter and restarted the laptop, which reinstalled the wi-fi adaptor 6) Refreshed the laptop7) Ran Diagnostics8) Disabled Windows Security firewallsLenovo says its not a hardware issue s
