Windows 11 New microsoft sculpt keyboard not functioning according to keyboard layout and doesn't match pictures on the web.

My new microsoft sculpt keyboard doesn't match pictures on the web. In particular, the lower left "shift" button is very small. In addition, several buttons do not produce on screen what they indicate on the physical keyboard. For example, the @ and " functions are reversed while the "control 3" key delivers # on screen (which is what I am used to) but has the pound sterling symbol on the keyboard. The keyboard is QWERTY and operates as expected other than the quirks identified above. Any insight or advice appreciated! Thanks in advance!
