Windows 10 new mother board was bitlocker locked.

Hello all-I have an HP G5 mini workstation with windows 10 that died . Called HP support and they determined that the motherboard had failed. they sent a tech out to replace the MB. that didn't solve the problem. They left the new MB in the machine and sent back the OG board to be recycled. Another tech came out with a new MB, same issue. This tech determined that it was a bad graphics card. So third tech came out with new GC and the workstation booted up. Now it is bitlocker protected. I never set up bit locker. I have understand that if I can get the OG board back that I should be
