Windows 11 New PC build and windows 11 says doesn't meet requirements

I built a new system. Here are the basics:ASUS B650E-F Gaming WIFI motherboard (bios 1636)AMD Ryxen 9 7900X processor64 GB memory2 TB M.2 driveGigabyte Geforce RTX 4070ti Graphics CardI am trying to install Windows 11 from a USB drive using windows 11 installation media. I upgraded my bios from the asus site for my MBAfter selecting the keyboard & language questions, the installer says the system doesn't meet requirements. Which I know it doesAny help appreciated.
