Windows 11 New PC takes a long time to power off/reset

Hi everyone,I don't even know if this is a Windows related issue or it is completely hardware related, but I'll ask in case someone can help troubleshoot this. On my new PC, even though Windows only takes 5-6 seconds to shutdown (screen switches off, zero HDD activity), the computer stays powered on for another like 35 seconds. This happens both when I choose to shutdown or restart and it happens consistently.Specs:OS: Windows 11 ProfessionalCPU: Ryzen 7 7700Motherboard: MSI MAG B650M Mortar WIFIRAM: Trident Z5 Neo DDR5-6000GPU: Radeon RX 7800XTPSU: Corsair RM850xAll latest drivers, bios, firm
