Hi there. I was wondering about how I'm supposed to use a photo as a background wallpaper on my laptop. I've already transfer my photos from my iPad to my laptop & i know which photo i wanna use, but i don't see neither my iPhone or my iPad shown as an external device in Microsoft photos to use a photo for a background on the bottom left corner.
