Windows 8 New WIFI not connecting to printer

I recently changed internet providers. I have been able to access internet on my laptop but cannot get the wifi to recognize my printer. It just shows printer as being offline. The bluetooth icon on my HP printer just continues to blink. Thanks, Dapnesbit
