Hello!
Built my PC about two months ago, have played multiple different games on it and have had no issues since yesterday. My computer keeps crashing after about 30-60min of gameplay. Usually the screen goes black and directly reboots, but once I received a blue screen displaying Video TDR Failure.
Used Event Viewer to check the error message:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.
Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 8
I checked for Windows, GPU, and Motherboard utility driver updates. I have used the Radeon software to monitor the temperatures, utilization, and power usage and everything seems to be just fine. I am stumped, would really appreciate the help!
PC Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT Red Dragon. BIOS OC setting, set by manufacturer.
Motherboard: ASRock B550 Steel Legend
RAM: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz CL15 Vengeance
Windows 10 Version 10.0.19041
