Windows 11 Newly installed language pack does not appear on the language bar for selection

In the Windows 11, I installed Japanese language pack in addition to the default language pack (which is English). I also selected in "Settings> Time and Language > Language & region > Typing > advanced keyboard settings > Switching input methods > language bar option > and clicked <show additional language bar icons in the task bar>. However, language bar on the task bar does not show "Japanese" for selection. Please advise how to add "Japanese" in the language bar on the task bar, for subsequent use.
