Basically for some reason every time I try to run an app or program that has the shield next it, instead of it popping up the box that says "would you like to allow this app to make changes," it just freezes up for about a minute or two and then a dialogue box pops up saying {path name} the request is not supported. I am running windows 10 1709 build 16299.125. The computer was built by me and I have not had any issues in the past three years. I can't really do anything because installing, and making changes to stuff, and even doing scans with the cmd prompt all require admin rights. I can't even bring up the task manager!
