Windows 10 No cameras are working on my PC, they work on other PC's and ive troubleshooted in everyway ive found. What else can I do?

I have a microsoft lifecam hd 3000, and another no brand usb camera, they both work on my dads computer, but on mine neither work. In the camera app, it comes up with 0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed>(0x80070003). So its clearly my computer, what can i do to fix this, any like window drivers i should update, anything physically to do with my pc? Please help
