dial tcp [::1]:5000: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.I've tried troubleshotting. Disabling firewall etc - no joy. The following article sugggest it's an SQL error with the followonh HOT FIX code - KB2482977 - FIX: 10061 Winsock error code occurs when an application uses the extended OLE DB initialization properties for the SQL Server Native Client 10.0 OLE DB provider in the connection string.But I have not been able to locate it for Download.https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb2482977-fix-10061-winsock-error-code-occurs-when-an-app
