Windows 10 No internet, secured

I recently bought a new m.2 ssd to replace my hard drive. i used a usb to install windows on the new ssd and everything works but i keep getting “no internet, secured” when trying to use wifi, when using my hdd i can use wifi completely fine using the same pc and wifi adapter but it will not work with my new ssd.
