Windows 10 no longer upload pictures to ebay black square

Hello I for some reason using One drive on my computer I cannot no longer upload pictures to eBay or face book market place all I get is a black square. They will load ok on Vinted and profil on facebook. I have just put it on my laptop and it works fine off that,Not a fan of the laptop as way to small. Can anyone one help with this please?
