Windows 10 No output devices found: Realtek driver issue

My pc suddenly has this issue that it doesn't recognize the speakers that I always use. I have tried many solutions on the internet but none of them work.The main issue is that the "Realtek high definition audio" driver does not appear in the device manager sound video and game controllers. Other solutions such as troubleshooting, installing many different drivers, booting in safe mode or adding a local network in computer management didn't work, so I am really frustrated.Pc specs: Windows 10, gigabyte b450 ds3h v2, ryzen 5 3600xHere are some pictures for more context:
