Windows 11 No settings to change wallpaper (Windows 11)

Hi, I've updated to Windows 11 and have had this problem ever since, I figured it might be time to try to fix it. I can't change my desktop wallpaper anymore. The option doesn't appear in settings... and I can't even send a screenshot here apparently? I'll try to be descriptive. I'll go "settings -> personnalization -> background" and the only things I have access to are themes contrast and some windows support which is not helpful in my case. I've tried repairing and reseting my settings as well as running SFC before turning my computer on and off, nothing's changed.When I right-click a
